Luke Greg Boechler (born January 25, 2007) is an American football quarterback who is currently unsigned by a professional team.
Early years
Luke Boechler was born in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan but moved to Saskatoon at a very young age where he began to play football with the Nutana Raiders. He wasn't the best of kids, and had a very rough upbringing including a lot of drugs and alcohol that transpired into his high school football career and heavily impacted his college recruitment. Boechler left high school without a single scholarship opportunity despite breaking every record in Canadian high school football and for U-18 football across the continent. He was truly one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game, but due to the complications earlier in his life and the lack of parental guidance his career was prepared to fall into disrepair until the NSFL came along.
High School career
As stated above, Boechler led a very extravagent and succesful career in high school with the Holy Cross Crusaders of the North Sask AAAA Sports Association. The Crusaders were the first time to best the LaBoldus Bulls in the provincial finals in almost a full decade during Boechler's senior year where the led the team on a rampage towards the championship. Boechler is the current record holder for every meaningful passing statistic in Saskatchewan and Canadian history.
