Sam could not believe the competition when he arrived at NC. He was definitely not the fastest D-lineman anymore and though it was close he wasn’t even the strongest, something he had always been. Sam had always gotten by on talent alone, and though he worked hard around the farm he wasn’t much of a workout monster. It took 4 full years and it was a struggle almost the entire time but finally Sam got back to feeling like one the best on the field during his senior season. He had gone from relatively unknown recruiting bust to possibly being drafted. Sam feels good about how his college career turned out and hopes to continue stuffing running backs at the next level. | Sam could not believe the competition when he arrived at NC.
