After an amazing 4 years of college football at Boston College, he entered the 2051 DSFL draft as a non-recreate rookie. In the second round of the DSFL, he was picked 10th overall to the Kansas City Coyotes. As a rookie, Brian Duke and his other Boston College teammate Caleb Hayden tore into the DSFL as KCC LBs. Brian Duke won player of the week honors, collecting 47 tackles, 6 TFL and 1 PD in four games. Brian Duke and Caleb Hayden continued dominating in the league, being one of the few bright spots on the KCC roster in 2052. Although KCC was unable to reach the playoffs in 2052, Brian Duke put his mark into the league, leading tackles in the league with 117, and tying for 5th in TFLs. Brian Duke eagerly awaits the ISFL as he is slated to be picked in the first round of the ISFL draft.

DSFL career
