College career
Morrison received scholarship offers from several schools, including Georgia, USC and Oregon, but ultimately committed to Ohio State to play for the Buckeyes. In his freshman season, Morrison played as a backup outside linebacker and on special teams. His worth ethic impressed the Buckeye coaches, and by the end of the season he got an expanded role. Morrison's true breakout performance came in his sophomore season, when he became a starting outside linebacker for Ohio State. Starting all 14 games the team played, Morrison impressed with 76 tackles, nine tackles for loss, six sacks, three forced fumbles, a fumble recovery, and an interception. Returning for his junior season, Morrison once again started at outside linebacker, but a wrist injury to open the season did limit him to only 9 games for Ohio State. Following the season, Morrison announced on Twitter that he would forgo his senior season and enter the S26 DSFL Draft.
