Early years
"Captain" Billy Stinkwater was born in Lexington, KY. Little is known about his family. His father may have been a cat trainer, but he died before Billy was born. He is also estranged from his mother due to several incidents during his childhood. She threw away his favorite teddy bear because his room was too messy and made him eat off the floor when he kept throwing his food on it. His household was very dysfunctional; he grew up thinking that his mother was his sister and his father was his brother. They fought often, sometimes ending in violence. For example, his mother once snapped her index finger because his father was late to church; his father once threw himself down the stairs after his mother dented the car. He was a deaf sister and a brother who works as a stripper.
Later, he had a stepmother who was Inuit. His stepbrother, Cleet, is older than his parents. When Cleet hit a mid-life crisis, he fought with Billy's father constantly and slept with his mother.
