Early years
When Frost was a kid, he wanted to play baseball, but that quickly changed when he tried out for his local football team. Frost was a star from the start. He was fast, agile, and quick on his first step. Frost looked up to runningbacks like: Emmitt Smith and Jamal Lewis. Frost dropped baseball at the age of 12 in pursuit of football. Frost made his middle school team very easily and had over 1500 yards in only 9 games (he had an ankle injury for the final game). Frost made his high school varsity team as a Freshman and continued to dominate winning state with Shenandoah his first year. Frost had 1500+ yards every year of his high school career, and went to state all 4 years, winning 3 out of the 4. Frost would have more than 20 offers from D1 programs. He chose to stay close to home and go to Notre Dame.

College career
Frost committed to Notre Dame his Junior year of high school on a full ride scholarship. Frost had a miserable Freshman year. He only played 3 games with 50 yards rushing and ending his year early was a torn ACL. Frost bounced back his Sophomore year as a back up. He scored 4 times (only 1 came on the ground) and rushed for very low number of 230 yards while playing all 10 games. Frost entered the transfer portal for his Junior season, but his dad (Michael Frost) told him to wait it out, and it payed off. Notre Dame's starting runningback (Chase Migee) broke his leg in the first game of the season and Frost was forced into the starting role. His season was spectacular. He broke Notre Dame rushing record with 1,673 yards (regular season) on the ground also adding 20 scores (15 coming on the ground). Notre Dame matched up against Clemson in the ACC championship game. They won very easily 32-10. His performance pushed Notre Dame to a 11-0 record and a #2 seed in the College Football Rankings. They were set to play #3 Alabama (10-1) in the College Football Semi Finals. Frost had a great game rushing for 159 yards and 2 touchdowns. Notre Dame blew out Alabama 49-3 in route to there first National Championship in more than 20 years. Notre Dame would be set to play #1 Georgia (13-0) in a game for the ages. Notre Dame was a 12.5 point underdog going into the game, but Frost stepped up to the challenge. Frost rushed for 237 yards and 3 touchdowns, in a 35-32 win for Notre Dame. Frost declared to the NFL draft after his spectacular season, he went undrafted. Most of the coaches said, "he is too small" or "he was a backup forced into a role." So they pasted up on him. Frost was drafted by the Eagles in the 7th round. He didn't sign his contract. Frost entered the transfer portal for his last year of eligibility. He transferred to Alabama and finished his final year there. He graduated there with a 3.75 GPA and got a Notre Dame Student-Athlete of the year in 2043. Frost didn't enter the draft in 2045.
