"After graduating from Polk High, the young Swiss offensive l ineman qualified for Princeton, studying Engineering as a major. Janser has often worked in his uncle's workshop during his summer holidays, when his relative was shorthanded. He loves tinkering on cars and has a natural understanding of how cars work and how to improve their performance. He has a god-given talent for engineering and plans to make a career in that field, if playing professional football does not work out (or after a hopefully successful career in the ISFL). On the football side, his new team mates looked funny at him as his English is heavily accented yet grammatically immaculate. He was met with reservations regarding his ability to play, as he is European and started football relatively late in his life. Alas, the coaches noticed that the Swiss lineman can hold his own in the line of scrimmage and moved him quickly to blindside tackle. With the very welcome result that on his watch, their star quarter back was not sacked one single time, while he was piling pancake upon pancake on his stat sheet.

He had some struggles to adjust to the higher level. His limits were shown in the third match of the season against the 'Norfolk Seawolves', where he allowed three sacks. However, in the 33-10 defeat, he was not the only underperforming player and the coaches did not bother to dress him down for his arguably worst game of his career so far. Neither needed they to do it, as Daniel himself vowed to do better and hit the gym even more. With the result that since that game he has not allowed any further sacks and he lead the team in pancakes. His continuous improvement earned him the coveted position as blind side tackle. The young Swiss started his second year in the DSFL with a bang. In a 37-17 loss against the Seawolves, he was one of the few highlights, racking up 13 pancakes, but also allowing two sacks. Of course such a pace is not sustainable and the Blindside Tackle slowed down, but was always amongst the heaviest hitter in the league. Unfortunately, his team was not very successful and had the second-worst record of all eight teams, missing the playoffs by quite a margin. The silver lining on the horizon for Janser, who will be dressing for the Osaka Kaiju next season, is that he dished out the second most pancakes league-wide. For a team that had the second-least pancakes in the DSFL. On the flip side of course are the six sacks allowed. Only three OLs allowed more and two of them were his team mates. Probably one of the reasons why the Bondi Beach Buccaneers did not fare that well.'''

Daniel "Paintrain" Janser (born January 8, 2043) is an American football offensive lineman who is currently preparing to enter the professional ranks. He played college football for Princeton and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.

Early years

Daniel grew up in the Canton of Zug in Central Switzerland. As he was exceptional tall from an early age, he got interested in American Football, having watched 'Any given Sunday'. However, there are not many Football teams in his native country and therefore he kept himself in shape by successfully competing in Swiss Wrestling. He collected a few 'wreaths' as the distinction for the top 10 percent are called. He was a good student, as his goal was to convince his parents to send him for an exchange year to the United States. He finished primary school when his dad was sent to Chicago for a new job in his company. Young Daniel was then enrolled into the renowned Polk Highschool, famous for producing top notch football prospects. Due to his wrestling skills, he knows exactly, where to apply pressure to put his opponent on their back. And so he does.

College career

"After graduating from Polk High, the young Swiss offensive lineman qualified for Princeton, studying Engineering as a major. With the very welcome result that on his watch, their star quarter back was not sacked one single time, while he was piling pancake upon pancake on his stat sheet."

Professional career

S48

Janser joined the 'Bondi Beach Buccaneers' in the S48 pre-season waiver wire. He was first fielded as a right tackle to bolster the Buc's offensive line of scrimmage. His play did not go unnoticed by the ISFL scouts and he is looking confidently forward to the not so far off draft day.

S49

Probably one of the reasons why the Bondi Beach Buccaneers did not fare that well.
