ISFL season 7 (also referred to as the 2022 NSFL season) began on 02 October, 2022. The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl VII on 29 January, 2023, where the Philadelphia Liberty were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the Orange County Otters by a score of 28-19.

Player movements

The league year began in March of 2022, with teams allowed to contact and enter negotiations with players whose contracts were not yet extended beyond the end of the 2021 ISFL season.

Draft

The 2022 ISFL Draft was held on 17 April, 2022. The Colorado Yeti selected Wide Receiver Howard Miller with the first overall pick.

Preseason

Training camps for the 2022 season started on 07 August, 2022 league-wide, with the first preseason game being held on 04 September, 2022.
