Quentin "Q" Sinclair (born July 1, 2006) is an American football safety for the Baltimore Hawks of the National Simulation Football League (X). He played college football for University of Wisconsin-Madison (Wisconsin) and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.

Early years

Sinclair was born in Christchurch, New Zealand to Charles and Angelina Sinclair. Sinclair moved to Long Beach, California when he was 12 and attended Long Beach Polytechnic high school. He did not play football until his freshman year of college instead opting for cross country, track, and the national sport of his home country, rugby. Sinclair played for the High School All-American Rugby team all 4 years of high school as a wing and fullback. He also won the CIF Southern-Section's 800 and 1600 meter races and came in second for the 100 and 400 meters his senior year. He also helped his cross country team to a second place finish in the State meet with an individual finish of 10th. Sinclair is also an Eagle scout and said that "It was a great way to improve my leadership qualities as well as giving me experience in choosing a long term goal and working towards that goal."

College career

Sinclair walked on the football team at Wisconsin in 2024 after being ineligible to play for New Zealand's National Rugby team. Sinclair did not receive significant playing time until his junior year due to his lack of knowledge of the game. He played in only 6 games his first 2 years due to injuries on the team and recorded only 14 tackles and 1 deflected pass. He finished his junior year with 55 tackles, 2 forced fumbles, and 3 interceptions on the season earning him a spot on the first team BIG 10 All-Conference team on his way to winning the Rose Bowl. His seemingly promising senior season was cut short after suffering a torn ACL during practice before the first game. Sinclair declared for the draft after his Senior year finding football more lucrative than rugby.
