Lane Thomas Wilson (born June 28, 2037) is an American football wide receiver for the London Royals of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL).

Early years

Lane Wilson was born on June 28th of 2037 in Yellowknife Canada, to father Dusty Wilson and Mother Dustie Wilson. Lane Wilson would be spoiled from an early age due to Dusty Wilson being an OL for the Yellowknife Wraiths. Which Is where the influence with Football would be very easy to see. As Dusty would always bring football items home to Lane to expose him to them. Lane would play outside in the snow and play with other kids in the neighborhood when he could. Lane never really knew how popular his dad was though an OL isn't super popular. You would see yellowknife fans recognize him and Lane would always be frusturated in public. This Is what led to his Mother Dustie asking Dusty about moving them to somewhere where there wasn't too much attention and people distracting them. This lead to Dusty asking Dustie and Lane to move to minnesota to attend Ely Elemntary instead as Dusty knew playing football in Yellowknife wasn't an option yet, along with the publicity just wasn't good for him. So during offseaons Dusty made it his goal to spend time with his family as much as he could. So as Lane grew up he was playing all sports he could, hockey, basketball, football, heck even soccer was an option. As for Lane he wanted to stay as active as possible. Though Football was the real attraction as Lane just gravitated to It along with basketball as well. So during high school Lane was an all around athlet as he played both sides of the ball as he was a LB, DL, WR, and TE sometimes. Just playing anywhere the team needed him. Basketball he played SF a lot including being forced down into the post as his 6'4 frame was too big to not use and abuse. Though Football was where he got the most attention from colleges and local Minnesota came calling and Lane knew they were right for him.

College career

As Lane would hit campus In 2056 he would start as a freshman and show his ability from the get go as he was the most reliable receiver on the team as many passes thrown his way were not dropped by any means necessary. Lane just would not give anyone a reason to doubt his ability, as freshman year he would show good numbers with 71 receptions for 992 yards and 13 TD'S! Sophomore year he would be a little less yards but more receptions would come his way as he would get 110 receptions for 783 yards and 16 TD's. Going into his junior season he was already on radars of the DSFL and many knew he was an awesome prospect. He would get 100 receptions for 1,056 yards for 20 TD's. He had finally hit his 1000 yards in a season mark he wanted so badly. then senior year came fast and he would just increase it with getting 123 receptions for 1,189 yards for 29 TD'S as He was just unable to be stopped as It was clear he was a top prospect He declared for the DSFL draft as his college carrer ended. Now was the real challenge. The big leagues.
