ISFL season 30 (also referred to as the 2045 NSFL season) began on 01 October, 2045. The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl XXX, held in El Paso, Texas on 11 February, 2046, where the Sarasota Sailfish were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the Arizona Outlaws by a score of 27-10.

Player movements

The league year began in March of 2045, with teams allowed to contact and enter negotiations with players whose contracts were not yet extended beyond the end of the 2044 ISFL season.
