Chappy McChapperson (born June 3, 2038) is an American football Safety for the Baltimore Hawks of the International Simulation Football League (ISFL).

Early years

Chappy McChapperson was born in the small college town of California, Pennsylvania on March 30th, 2036. He expressed interest in sports from a young age and played Baseball, Basketball, and Football up until college. His decision to focus on Football came from a decision to narrow his sport to the one that the college of his dreams, that being Penn State University, decides to offer him for a Sports Scholarship.

As with most High Schoolers, Chappy played multiple positions in High School Football, including Quarterback, Wide Receiver, and Linebacker, alhough with a lack of success in the two latter due to his lack of physical gifts. He was not a particular agile or fast player to excel as a Wide Receiver, and lacked a lot of the physical strength as a linebacker. What Chappy noticed however was that as a Quarterback he was able to get the ball in his receivers hands quickly, and without mistakes, setting the record low for Seasonal Interceptions for his High School.

College career

When Penn State offered Chappy McChapperson a sports scholarship to their university, Chappy accepted immediately. Unfortunately Chappy would have to wait to see the field, he spent his first year as a Nittany Lion as a Redshirt Freshman never seeing the field. Chappy stated that the Penn State coaches did not feel that his skillset was not ready for true college football yet, and needed refinement. He made sure to not waste his time during this season of ineligibility and worked hard to improve himself. His Sophomore year he in a split role, sharing the lesser amount of snaps with another Quarterback, he completed 67 of 84 passes with 7 touchdowns and zero interceptions. The Coaches were happy enough with Chappy's progress to move him into a full time role, where he started every game that season. The investment the coaches put into Chappy through his first two years paid off, with Chappy putting up great stats. He completed 304 of 381 passes, 31 touchdowns, and 2 Interceptions. Before his Junior Year ended, he expressed his desire to enter the 2058 DSFL (ISFL) Draft.

The Birddogs held a middling record for the main season, but their passing volume attacked showed success in the playoffs, ultimately leading to an Ultimini win for the team. The team also led the league in Offensive Points per game, and Passing Yards per game.

McChapperson has been called up to the ISFL for Season 47, and made a swap to Safety to better suit his team. He hopes to utilize his Quarterback knowledge to aid his ability to take part in a well run defense.
