This category holds all "Meta" pages, that is, pages used to explain things out-of-context (OOC). For example, an explanation of TPE as an OOC measure of player improvement would go here, and the page title should start with "Meta:". The "kayfabe" explanation of TPE as a drug would be created as a regular page.
