Matt Jones (born October 5, 2033) is an American football cornerback who is currently unsigned by a professional team. He played college football for Virginia Tech and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.
Early years
Jones in highschool would play al lsports. ranging from basketball to field hockey. His dad pushed him hard into focusing on football and since he looked up to his dad he listened. Good thing though because he would get noticed by Virginia Tech scouts.
College career
In college/university Jones would not be the starter CB. He wouldn't even be in most of the games as a CB. The team was short on many positions in all the seasons due to injuries Jones would play WR, SS, RB, TE, even QB at times. But naturally his talents were at CB so he stuck with it. He would get noticed by scouts for the upcoming draft for his versatile play.
