'ISFL season 14 (also referred to as the 2029 NSFL season) began on 30 September, 2029. The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl XIV on 27 January, 2030, where the San Jose Sabercats were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the Philadelphia Liberty by a score of 24-36.

Player movements

The league year began in March of 2029, with teams allowed to contact and enter negotiations with players whose contracts were not yet extended beyond the end of the 2028 ISFL season.

The 2029 ISFL Draft was held on 15 April, 2029. The Yellowknife Wraiths selected Wide Receiver Cooter Bigsby with the first overall pick.
