The American Simulation Football Conference (ASFC) champion Orange County Otters defeated the National Simulation Football Conference (NSFC) champion Philadelphia Liberty, 23-17, to win their third straight Ultimus Bowl title. The game was played at Outlaw Stadium in Phoenix, Arizona.
